By accessing or using SoundScene Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SoundScene Studio provides AI-powered text-to-speech and voice cloning services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business needs.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service for illegal activities, impersonation, harassment, or generating deceptive content. You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio you generate.

4. Intellectual Property

The SoundScene Studio platform, including its software, algorithms, and branding, is owned by SoundScene Studio. Generated audio may be used commercially subject to these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

AVLabs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
